- enjoy the financial benefits of belonging to one of the most cost effective brokerages in the real estate industry.
- pay a small monthly fee.
- pay an administration fee for completed transactions. After 12 transactions per calendar year, the transaction fee is reduced by approximately 1/3.
- work independently, establishing their own sales goals.
- can work part-time if desired.
- have no restrictions set by the brokerage on the commissions they negotiate with their clients.
